guidelines
No smoking inside the studio
No adult filming
No glitter, fire, slime, or any substances that cannot be cleaned easily from the floor
Our furniture is not rated to be stood on
No DJs or large speaker equipment.
Once finished please return the space to the condition you found it.
Any damages to the studio, equipment, or furniture will be taken out of your security deposit.
Please keep noise at a respectful level to avoid disturbing our neighbours within the building.
The upper level is not part of unit102 so please keep your activities within the unit, thanks!
Bookings must be paid in full before using our space.
This is a safe and inclusive space. Discrimination, hate, or harmful behaviour toward any group is not tolerated. Anyone who violates this policy will be asked to leave immediately.
Please treat our neighbours with respect if you come into contact with them.
We are not responsible for any loss or damages to personal belongings.
